| Often we hear, my cat wont sit still for a portrait, but I would love to have a family portrait with him in it or the kids love our dog and she is so good with them, it would be great to get a portrait of all of them together. Then after the session we hear, I cant believe she did everything you wanted. Which, by the way, is the same response we get with children portraiture! The biggest obstacle in pet photography is not the pet; its the notion that getting a portrait of one cant be done. Pets are a part of the family; in fact, they are very much like children. Having a certain understanding of your pet and knowing how to coax them in order to get the best expressions comes with experience and the love of animals all of them. So look at the Pet Gallery to see all the pets that wouldnt stay still for their portrait! | |||||||||||
